The impact of our actions reflects on the economy, our daily lives, and the planet.
The Brazil Conference & Expo is a CARBON NEUTRAL event. This means that the unavoidable emission of greenhouse gases is measured and then offset proportionately by supporting environmental projects.
& WASTE MANAGEMENT
A practice carried out for over two decades at FRANCAL events, reaffirming the commitment to reducing the environmental impacts of large events. Waste sorting is done through a partnership with LC Almeida Ambiental.

SELECTIVE AND CARDBOARD TRASH BINS
Starting with sustainable and biodegradable material bins, cardboard trash bins for recyclable and organic products are present throughout the event. Being selective, they contribute to sorting, agility, and the entire logistics of directing recyclable waste.
After the event, visitor badges and lanyards have a designated destination. Everyone can contribute by placing these materials in a specific bin at the exit.
REUSE AND DESTINATION
The visitor’s badge holder and printed credential after completing their visit to the fair have a specific destination and everyone can contribute by leaving the materials in a specific urn upon leaving the event.
REDUCTION OF PRINTED MATERIAL
More digital solutions are available to reduce the amount of printed material at the event.
In an event where only nutritious foods are offered, the food court provides natural and vegan options.
INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
The event also selects and hires professionals with disabilities (PcD) for the staff.
